RDC Conducts Public Hearing to Receive and Hear Remonstrance Objections from Persons Interested in or affected by the Proceedings Pertaining to Resolution No. 2021-03RDC, A Declaratory Resolution of the Brownsburg Redevelopment Commission Amending the North Beltway Allocation Area, and Creating a New Allocation Area, Amending the Area’s Restated Economic Development Plan and Other Matters Related Thereto.

RDC Considers Resolution #2021-03C-RDC, A Confirmatory Resolution of the Brownsburg Redevelopment Commission Confirming A Resolution of the Commission Amending The North Beltway Allocation Area, and Creating A New Allocation Area, Amending The Area’s Restated Economic Development Plan and Other Matters Related Thereto.

RDC Conducts Public Hearing regarding the disposition of property located generally north of the current Arbuckle Development Phase I and identified as Parcels 14-1-11-61E-150-002 and 14-1-11-61E-140-011 in Brownsburg, Indiana.

RDC opens and reads aloud sealed written offers for the sale or lease of the Property located generally north of the current Arbuckle Development Phase I and identified as Parcels 14-1-11-61E-150-002 and 14-1-11-61E-140-011 in Brownsburg, Indiana.

RDC Considers Resolution #2021-05RDC, A Resolution of the Brownsburg Redevelopment Commission Accepting the Transfer of Certain Real Property from the Town of Brownsburg.
6.6.

RDC Conducts Public Hearing to receive and hear from all persons wishing to be heard regarding the Commission’s execution of a lease with the Brownsburg Redevelopment Authority in connection with the Authority’s issuance of its Taxable Lease Rental Revenue Bonds to be issued for the purpose of financing the construction of certain public improvements related to the development and construction of a mixed-use, multi-family development to be located generally north of the current Arbuckle Development Phase I.

RDC Considers Resolution No. 2021-06RDC, A Resolution of the Brownsburg Redevelopment Commission Approving and Authorizing the Execution of a Lease with the Brownsburg Redevelopment Authority and Certain Other Matters Related Thereto.
