Consideration of Resolution No. 2012-03RDC, A Declaratory Resolution of the Town of Brownsburg Redevelopment Commission Expanding the North Beltway Economic Development Area and Adopting A Restated Economic Redevelopment Plan Therefore (The Resolution: (i) approves the Amended Plan; (ii)makes the findings required by IC 36-7-14-15(a) and (d) and IC 36-7-14-41(b) and (d); (iii) states that the Expansion Area is part of the Allocation Area and activities to be conducted therein; and (iv) adopts the list of properties to be acquired).
