07.01.(a). RDC Conducts Advertised Public Hearing upon a Proposed Lease to be entered into between the RDA, as Lessor, and the RDC, as Lessee. The Lease is for the benefit of the North Beltway Economic Development Area and is for the Ronald Reagan Parkway project from Connector Road to CR 300 North and is for the purpose of constructing a new roadway and related improvements from the current northern terminus of the Parkway at CR 300 N to the existing Parkway interchange at Interstate 74, making the connection just north of US 136 (the "Project"). The Project also includes two (2) bridges over East Fork White Lick Creek, one (1) bridge over CSX Railroad, one (1) bridge over US 136, and four (4) lane portland cement concrete pavement (PCCP) with median, curb and storm sewers, and multi-use path. The Project is in accordance with the Economic Development Plan for the Area.
07.01.(b). RDC Considers Resolution #2015-03RDC, A Resolution Approving and Assigning Preliminary Plans and Specifications, Approving Ground Lease and Lease With the Brownsburg Redevelopment Authority, Pledging Tax Increment and Limited Economic Development Income Tax And Authorizing Continuing Disclosure Undertaking Agreement (Ronald Reagan Project).
07.01.(c). RDA Considers Resolution #2015-03RDA, A Resolution of the Brownsburg Redevelopment Authority Regarding the Project and the Authority's Economic Development Lease Rental Bonds of 2015, Series A.
07.01.(d). RDA Considers Resolution #2015-04RDA, A Resolution Regarding Declaration of Official Intent to Reimburse Expenditures for Town of Brownsburg, Indiana Redevelopment Authority Economic Development Income Tax Lease Rental Bonds, Series 2015 (Ronald Reagan Project).
