08.01(a). RDC Conducts Advertised Public Hearing upon a Proposed Lease to be entered into between the RDA, as Lessor, and the RDC, as Lessee, for the purpose of constructing and utilizing certain roadway, sewage separation, stormwater drainage, water and related infrastructure improvements on and around Tilden Road in the Town of Brownsburg (The "Tilden Road Project");

Redevelopment Commission Considers Resolution #2015-02RDC - A Resolution of the Town of Brownsburg Redevelopment Commission Authorizing the Brownsburg Improvement Committee and Town Council to Approve certain expenditures under the Façade Improvement Grant Program in an amount not to exceed the budged amount of $125,000 for the calendar year of 2015.

08.04 Conduct Annual Training for RDC and RDA Members.
08.05 Consider Such Other Matters that May Come Before the Redevelopment Commission and/or the Redevelopment Authority.
09. ADJOURNMENT The Town of Brownsburg acknowledges its responsibility to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. In order to assist individuals with disabilities who require special services (i.e. sign interpretive services, alternative audio/visual devices, and amanuenses) for participation in or access to Town sponsored public programs, services, and/or meetings, the Town requests that individuals make requests for these services two business days ahead of the scheduled program, service, and/or meeting.
