Consideration of Request from Scannell Development Company d/b/a Scannell Properties, on proposed Sale of the Project (Union Green) under the Economic Development Agreement by and between the Town of Brownsburg, Scannell Properties and GM Development Companies, LLC dated February 9, 2017, as amended.
