Arbuckle Acres Taxable Lease Rental Bonds:

7.1.(a) RDC Conducts Public Hearing on Proposed Lease with the Brownsburg Redevelopment Authority in connection with the Authority’s issuance of Taxable Lease Rental Revenue Bonds to finance the construction of certain public improvement projects located within the North Beltway Economic Development Area;

7.1.(b) RDC Considers Resolution #2017-04RDC, A Resolution Of The Brownsburg Redevelopment Commission Approving and Authorizing Execution Of A Lease With The Brownsburg Redevelopment Authority And Certain Other Matters Related Thereto; and

7.1.(c) RDA Considers Resolution #2017-01RDA, A Resolution Of The Brownsburg Redevelopment Authority Approving and Authorizing Execution Of A Lease With The Brownsburg Redevelopment Commission And Certain Other Matters Related Thereto.
