This is an Advertised Public Hearing. * Consider a Proposed Economic Development Grant in the total aggregate amount of $40,000.00 to Rose-Hill Restaurants, LLC to develop and operate a restaurant to be located at 773 E. Main Street, Suite 3-5 Brownsburg, Indiana 46112. * Provide a reasonable opportunity for interested individuals to express their views on the proposed issuance of the grant and nature of the project. * Consider any adverse competitive effect on any similar facilities already constructed or operating in or near the Town. * Determine compliance with I.C. 36-7-152 (I.C. 36-7-12-24(a) and (b)). * Consider approval of Resolution #2012-01EDC (i) Economic Development Agreement; (ii) Report regarding project.
