Ordinance #2020-18 - An Ordinance to amend The Official Zoning Map \| Silverthorne Homes (Phillips Manor) Rezone to R3: A request for a zoning map amendment, to amend the zoning on approximately 41.54 acres of real estate, located at the northeast corner of the intersection of West Main Street (US Hwy. 136) and Co. Rd. 625 East, from General Agriculture (AG) District to High Density Single-family Residential (R3) District, for the purpose of developing a single-family residential subdivision. – Proposed 1st Reading - (Todd Barker)
