1. Consideration of Resolution No. 2019-02RDA, A Resolution of the Brownsburg Redevelopment Authority Approving Certain Other Matters Related to the Brownsburg Redevelopment Authority Ad Valorem Property Tax Lease Rental Bonds, Series 2019.

2. Consideration of Resolution No. 2019-03RDA, A Resolution of the Brownsburg Redevelopment Authority Approving the Preliminary Official Statement for the Brownsburg Redevelopment Authority’s Ad Valorem Property Tax Lease Rental Bonds, Series 2019.

B. Brownsburg Town Council:
