Presentation and Working Group Discussion with Town Council, Town Manager’s Office and Department Heads which may include, but not be limited to the following topics: (a) Update on Capital Improvement Projects, including the Projects identified in 2018-2022 (MPO Funded); (b) Update on Proposed Minimum Housing Standards Ordinance; (c) Review Of 2019 Budget, including items such as CCD Fund Rate Reestablishment, a Proposed COLA Increase and Merit Pool; (d) Review of Funding for Street Overlay/Repair In 2018 and Status of Community Crossings Grant; and (e) Any Such Other Matters and/or Discussion Items that the Council Determines necessary as part of this Presentation.
